As the first Director of Online Education at American University Washington College of Law, Glenn led the strategy to shape the college's forward-looking pedagogical vision for education. He successfully delivered on the mission to leverage the power of technology platforms to extend the College's global reach. He provided guidance and training to launch a hybrid LL.M. in International Human Rights and Humanitarian Law, the first of its kind in a U.S. law school.
Program Execution to Scale Offerings
Working side by side with Subject Matter Experts, the College scaled new online programs, some self-paced and others blended with live instructors. Glenn provided leadership and internal consulting to create and deliver comprehensive online programs expanding the law school’s global connections; included J.D. and LL.M. course offerings. Within three years students attended from over 40 countries, with some in surprising places.
Instructional Design and Project-Program Management
The ability to collaborate with world-class experts is critical to translating complex subject matter into engaging digital courses. Applying Instructional Design methodologies, Glenn successfully engaged the academic and creative enterprises of eCornell to deliver rich online programming in a variety of subjects.

With extensive business and management consulting experience, Glenn can take an educational concept to full implementation.
At Booz Allen Hamilton, he successfully created a high-profile comprehensive hybrid training program for instructors at the U.S. Government. At Southern Company, he managed an ISD team to rollout digital training to over 25K employees for a highly anticipated Oracle upgrade.
Identify and Implement LMS and Learning Technology Architecture Needs and Requirements
Glenn has deep experience identifying learning technology needs and recommending solutions to advance LMS and edtech adoption in the workplace.
At The Washington College of Law, he successfully identified the organization's digital learning needs and working with various departments, implemented its LMS and standards across the enterprise. He has managed vendors, launched platforms, and empowered users in academia and business alike.
